Hexham Focus — Prize Bundle Giveaway

  1. The Promoter is Hexham Focus (hexhamfocus.co.uk), The Office, 1 Cattle Market, Hexham, Northumberland, NE46 1NJ. Email: hello@hexhamfocus.co.uk
  2. The Prize is a bundle of vouchers and/or items donated by participating Hexham businesses, guaranteed to have a minimum combined retail value of £100. The exact contents vary between draws and are confirmed at the time each winner is announced. No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable.
  3. Eligibility. The competition is open only to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Hexham Focus and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  4. How to Enter. To enter, participants must sign up via the form on this page. No purchase is necessary. Once signed up, entrants remain automatically entered into every subsequent draw unless they unsubscribe from Hexham Focus emails.
  5. Draw Dates. Draws take place six times a year, on 1st January, 1st March, 1st May, 1st July, 1st September, and 1st November. Each entry period runs up to the day before that draw date.
  6. Winner Selection. One winner is selected at random from all valid entries received during that draw's entry period.
  7. Winner Notification. We will notify the winner by email within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, we will draw a replacement winner.
  8. Winner Announcement. Hexham Focus may announce the winner's first name and initial on its website and social channels. By entering, participants agree to this announcement.

  10. General. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or withdraw the competition at any time.
  11. Law. The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions.
